IMBRSea Erasmus Mundus Master of Science in Marine Biological Resources

The IMBRSea Erasmus Mundus Master of Science in Marine Biological Resources is a two-year international master’s programme (120 ECTS) designed to train highly capable specialists in the sustainable use, conservation, and management of marine biological systems and resources. IMBRSea strengthens links between academic study and professional marine science sectors in Europe. The programme is supported by the European Marine Biological Resource Centre (EMBRC), which connects students with research infrastructures and institutes focused on marine ecosystems, blue biotechnology and sustainable resource management. Applicants to the IMBRSea Erasmus Mundus must meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor of Sciences (or equivalent) degree in biology, ecology, environmental sciences, oceanography, marine sciences, (bio)chemistry, biotechnology, geography, geology, or related fields (minimum 180 ECTS).
  • Final degree must be obtained before the programme start.
